Golding Asset Management are a boutique Property and Lifestyle management company catering primarily for the Ultra High Net worth individual. The company was established in 2018 at the behest of a highly esteemed family who were wanting a higher degree of personal service and professional management of their property portfolio, mostly within Mayfair. Since 2018, through word of mouth we have had the pleasure to work with an expanded client base.
Currently the company operates in Prime London locations, Mayfair, Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea. There are also large estates in the Home Counties currently managed by us.

Meet the director
Hello, my name is Priya Dhruve and I am the Director at Golding Asset Management
I was fortunate enough to be handpicked by a family member to come join Golding Asset Management based on my wealth of experience, my multi skills and a strong character reference. I now have the privilege running the company from our London headquarters.

A little more about me. I know and love London, a city where I have have grown up in. I started my career in the Investment Banking world where I had the privilege to work for the now legendary Mr Gilbert de Botton a pioneer in his field, a visionary and tech enthusiast. After leaving Global Asset Management, I joined the Corporate Finance division at Arthur Andersen, followed by taking on positions in management consulting and project management at ITT, GSK and AON.
Initially coming from an IT consulting, business analysis and project management background, I transitioned into Property management after starting a family. Over time I have a gained a wealth of experience in the Property management arena and have built a solid and quality network of highly skilled craftsmen and professionals.

Outside of the corporate environment, I have personally set up and worked with numerous voluntary organisations and have also organised large events and seminars. I spend some of my free time acquiring new skills and pursuing new hobbies. For example, in 2023, I successfully completed and passed two part time study programmes. Firstly, the Business Entrepreneurship programme at the London Business School. I was privileged to reach the semi final stage out of 150 students, and pitch an idea. In addition to this, I successfully completed an Executive course on Digital transformation and the 5 game changing technologies for business at Imperial College London.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, photography, meditation and have a keen interest in alternative medicine.

I work in a holistic manor, where I strive to get to know each client, understand their likes, dislikes, their interests and priorities. Over time, my aim is build trust and develop a close working relationship. They need to know they are in safe hands. My clients value my transparency, authenticity, appreciate my work ethic and know they can relax as the job will be done. My level of professionalism, my reliability, my personable nature, my heart centred approach are other qualities that appreciated.
